-Do you sell some things online that are not in the store and some in the stores that are not online?
The short answer to that is - YES! We do have some items online and in one or two locations. If you see something in the boutique and are needing a different size, be sure to check online!
-What are your shipping policies?
You will receive an email within 24 hours to confirm your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship. You will receive a second email notifying you when we ship your items. You will be notified if your item is backordered or delayed for any reason
-How much are shipping costs?
Calculated depending on location.
-What is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
We want you to love what you buy! If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send back any unworn merchandise within 7 days of arrival date. (We are sorry but at this time we do not accept returns purchased online at our boutique locations)
Due to the nature of our business, we only issue store credit. Once your item is received, we will issue you your store credit to use towards a different size or a new product.
Please note, shipping fees are non refundable.
